Assets overview

Your water services assets are imported directly from your latest Legionella risk assessment and can be viewed, edited, and added to within this area. Each asset includes an overview, its current status, related documents, full asset history, and any associated tasks - both due and completed - along with recorded results, such as temperature monitoring data.

This area of the software also includes search functionality to help you quickly locate similar assets or filter by attributes such as floor level, asset type, or asset options.

Each asset is assigned a status that determines whether tasks are generated, based on your responsibilities or the specific characteristics of the asset. For example, assets under tenant control can be captured for completeness but excluded from tasks, while an asset marked as infrequently used will automatically be included within the appropriate flushing regime.
