Chemicals overview

The chemical area of the software is used to manage any chemicals required for tasks such as descalers or chemicals used within system operation, such as biocides. It should contain details of all chemicals used with the water services, including the chemical type, the tasks it relates to, and the properties where they are used.

A suitable safety data sheet and the corresponding COSHH risk assessment can also be uploaded for each chemical. The system will notify you in advance when a risk assessment is due to expire, prompting timely action to keep this up to date.

Once this information is added, it can be easily linked to tasks where prompted, ensuring full traceability and clear evidence that chemical use is properly controlled and documented.
