Job management overview
This area of the software is user‑specific and displays information based on individual permissions, ensuring each user sees only what is relevant to them, it can also be filtered as needed by each field presented. It provides a central place to manage jobs, summarising key details such as status, job name, associated properties and locations, related tasks, assigned users, and due, start, and completion dates.
Jobs can be started, progressed, and reviewed once completed. Users may be assigned to jobs where they are planned centrally or can self-assign, jobs can also be locked and downloaded when a paper copy is required. From this view, users can access full job details, including any information added during completion and any documents attached.
