1. Are your asbestos surveys and registers up to date?
- Are there any excluded areas on your survey that have not since been surveyed?
- Is your register up to date?
2. Has your Asbestos Management Plan been reviewed?
- Particularly in light of recent HSE changes, plans must show active monitoring of your ACMs and clear responsibilities listed, does yours?
3. Are any employees likely to come into contact with ACM (or PACM) as part of their daily work?
- If so, have they been trained and know what to do?
4. When was your last condition assessment performed and reviewed?
- Has anything changed in areas where your ACM/PACM are located, has this been reflected in your management plan?
- Have any contractors worked in areas where your ACM/PACM are located and how was this managed?
5. Are your records readily accessible
- Surveys, registers, management plans and training, together with any documentation relating to for example the removal of any ACM, must be kept readily accessible and up to date.
