Equipment overview

This area of the software is used to record and manage any specific equipment required to complete tasks such as temperature probes, making sure that appropriate, calibrated devices are used when monitoring your water systems. Each item of equipment can be linked to the related task and picked up easily from a dropdown once uploaded.

The equipment section captures key information, including the equipment type, its associated tasks, a unique reference, the properties where it is used, the calibration protocol, and documented evidence of the calibration itself.

The system will notify you in advance when equipment calibration is due to expire, prompting timely action to keep this up to date. Linking equipment to tasks provides clear assurance that recorded results are reliable, as they were obtained using properly calibrated equipment.
