With two major themes covering the role of Workplace and Facilities Managers (WFM) and investment process, the report has some fascinating insights into where our profession is currently, as well as 13 recommendations for leaders and WFMs and a further 8 for IWFM itself.
Declaring an interest, I have been involved in various guises with the survey for well over a decade (and with the IWFM Sustainability SIG even longer). Over that time the remit in what sustainability touches has expanded and developed considerably, but WFM remains the function that includes more aspects than any other department, whether directly or indirectly.
