Synopsis

Be it people, place or process, individually or in combination, our health and safety legal landscape has and continues to see change. From general health and safety to Martyn’s law, the influence, on not just those currently in scope, will undoubtedly put greater emphasis on and so arrangements for successful compliance.

We’re delighted to have Kathryn Gilbertson and Ruth Sheret, both Partners in the Insurance, Risk and Regulatory Team at HCR Law, joining our own Director of Market Development, Greg Davies, to discuss and debate these issues, together with any questions you may have too.
