Synopsis

Particularly in workplace and facilities management the need for contractors is almost inescapable. Most are not ‘cowboys’ and come with a range of specialist skills, service and quality of offer, as well as price. But within that there is also a ‘wagonload’ of considerations in making sure you get the best from them, and likewise they get the best from you.

We look to make some sense of this ‘spaghetti’ and provide you with both a practitioner as well as legal view on aspect of contractor management health and safety. So, when you ‘call in the cavalry’ both you and they know what is expected, when, how and for what.

Throwing their ‘Stetsons’ into the ring to present will be, Mireille Stocker, Consultancy Services Manager, and Greg Davies, Director of Market Development from Assurity Consulting, together with Nick McMahon, Solicitor at Arch Law Ltd. With a combined experience of over 90 years in health and safety management, they will be ‘taking aim’ at:

  • The good – what works and works well with contractors;
  • The bad – what doesn’t work well; and
  • The KPI – how to both get the best out of the working relationship.

So, stake your claim and join us on Tuesday 26th November 09:30-10:30.
