Synopsis

Our latest fire safety update is based on recent fire safety news, developments in the law, updates to standards/guidance/legislation, feedback received from previous seminars/webinars, and frequent queries we are receiving from our customers.

The focus will be on the new fire safety legislation and the effects it is having/could have, fire evacuation plans, PEEPs and competence for all (fire risk assessors and duty holders).

So, if you want to know more about what is currently fuelling fire compliance and, in particular:

  • Where could the legal changes affect you?
  • What does the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025 mean for the workplace?
  • How can you make sure that the fire risk assessments your occupiers have are ‘suitable and sufficient’?
  • BS 8674 2025 Built Environment Framework for competence of individual fire risk assessors: Code of practice Duty holder competence – BS 9991:2024 - Fire safety in the design, management and use of residential buildings, PAS 8673 2022 Built environment - Competence requirements for the management of safety in residential buildings – specification and BS 8670-1:2024 Competence frameworks for building safety - Core criteria. Code of practice.

Come and join us on Tuesday 18th November 08:30-11:30 for breakfast, networking and expert insight into current fire safety management.
