Starting out as a Consultant, Kimberly delivered our workplace environmental assessments, quickly also becoming a key customer account manager and a Legionella risk assessor. She enjoyed the challenging technical aspects of the role while demonstrating a passion for customer care and improving our customer experience.
With studies focused on the physical environment and environmental management and experience initially within the built environment, this made her ideally placed to join and later lead our environmental management team offering balanced and considered advice in this area to our customers. Since, Kimberly has gained a great deal of experience with strategic environmental management across a broad range of sectors and has created many bespoke management systems. She has also supported several organisations in achieving certification to ISO 14001 which is a key passion.
Alongside increasing technical expertise in various areas, Kimberly progressed through the business, managing significant customer accounts, leading technical services including Legionella, Environmental Management and Food Safety to managing a team of consultants and most recently has been appointed as Director of Customer Experience.
Working at Assurity Consulting has continually challenged and enthused me over the years, and I love being part of an organisation which shows such care for their staff and their customers. I thoroughly enjoy spending time helping our customers, putting them at the heart of decision making and prioritising their needs. We have a wonderful team at Assurity Consulting, and I have been lucky enough to manage, challenge and inspire many of them in my time as a Consultancy Services Manager.
