George has recently progressed to the position of Consultancy Services Deputy Manager in 2025. He is also the service leader for two of our specialist services, Noise Risk Assessments and Closed Water System Management Reviews. George provides commercial and technical support to the team and helps maintain methodologies and technical documents for each service, as well as driving sales.
George also provides support to his Consultancy Services Manager on a day-to-day basis. This involves supporting the team to ensure they are performing to the best of their ability. In addition, George manages two of our key accounts and acts as a single point of contact between his customers and Assurity Consulting.
Prior to joining Assurity Consulting, George spent a year working for a sailing school in Southampton where he taught people to sail and competed in various sailing races around the UK and Caribbean. He graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Marine Environmental Science from the University of Portsmouth.
George loves hiking, the beach, and collecting fossils. On his down time he can often be found in all weather in Folkstone or Herne Bay looking for Ammonites and fossilised sharks teeth.
