The audit included our marketing activity and customer satisfaction survey, a site visit with Tom H, Consultant and Henry, Apprentice Consultant – the auditor described them as “as great ambassadors to our company”!
The audit continued for another two days, and the auditor reviewed multiple internal audits and was happy with the level of detail, he also commented on the level of detail in the compliance / legal register.
There were no outstanding nonconformities to review from previous assessments, and no new nonconformities were identified during the assessment. The audited also certified us as – ‘RECOMMENDED - The audited organisation can be recommended for continued certification to the above listed standards and has been found in general compliance with the audit criteria as stated in the audit plan’.
The combined BSI ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit was successful and completed on 27th January. Taking at least fourteen employees to complete the assessment overall - this is a great example of our company value of ‘collaboration’ within our company – well done all involved!
