Assurity Consulting’s Corporate Responsibility in Q4 2024!

As we reach the end of 2024, we look back on our accomplishments when it comes to our corporate responsibility.

The end of the year has been busy for us at Assurity Consulting from a Christmas Party to volunteering for St Catherines Christmas Wrapping!

We held an amazing Office Christmas Party this quarter with a fun Christmas quiz, a Christmas jumper/outfit competition and a raffle prize draw, along with some delicious Indian Street food. We raised £447.21 for Chestnut Tree house!

We also celebrated our highly anticipated Christmas Party at the Brookfield Barn in Mannings Heath! We had a three-course meal, a DJ, and casino tables, we all had an amazing time celebrating the festive season together.

Many of our colleagues have also been helping our charity partners by volunteering this quarter. Each year, employees receive a ‘Make a difference day’, a paid day which can be used to support a charity.

This Christmas, we organised a day for employees to volunteer at the St Catherine’s Hospice Christmas wrapping station in Crawley County Mall. To fundraise for our local hospice, our employees wrapped gifts for Christmas shoppers in return for a donation to the charity.

There have been other events we’ve thrown at our office as well, such as a bake sale for World Mental Health Day, we raised an amazing £118.60 for MIND! We held a virtual wellbeing session for our people with At Work Wellbeing, about Intentional Breathing ‘Breathe away stress’. We also treated our employees to Pizzas at lunch. Thanks to The Pizza Oven we enjoyed some woodfire pizzas in the office.

As we near the end of the year, we are proud to say we have raised an amazing £6717 in aid of our charity partners – absolutely smashing our target of £3750. This is an incredible achievement, and we would like to say thank you to our employees for pulling out all the stops to make this happen.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
