Assurity Consulting customer satisfaction – the results 2026

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our number one priority. Our 2026 customer satisfaction survey has highlighted a positive customer experience, and the results demonstrate what our service really means to our customers.

97% of customers that responded to the survey rated the service they received at Assurity Consulting as excellent or good, and 96% also said they would recommend the service they have received from us to others.

Every year we send out a survey to our customers, to measure their satisfaction with our service, gain valuable insight and feedback - and highlight success as well as find areas for improvement. This year, we will also donate £1 for each survey answered to Springboard, a local charity welcoming children and young people with or without disabilities and their families for inclusive play and social opportunities.
