Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our number one priority. Our 2025 customer satisfaction survey has highlighted a positive customer experience, and the results demonstrate what our service really means to our customers.
99% of customers that responded to the survey rated the service they received at Assurity Consulting as excellent or good, and 100% also said they would recommend the service they have received from us to others.
Every year we send out a survey to our customers, to measure their satisfaction with our service, gain valuable insight and feedback - and highlight success as well as find areas for improvement. This year, we will also donate £1 for each survey answered to Springboard, a local charity welcoming children and young people with or without disabilities and their families for inclusive play and social opportunities. We received 77 responses, meaning we have been able to raise and donate £77 for our charity partner!
