Synopsis

The stave for our June seminar is the mood music around asbestos and Legionella management – and so literally “the air that I breathe”.

Our ensemble will be turning up the volume on these subjects, each bringing their own back catalogue of experience, and metaphorically singing the songs of what success looks like for you to download.

Our format will see each session explore the current playlists around the legal and practitioners’ views on separating the one hit wonders from the timeless classics.

We will enable you to challenge your current processes to see whether your Legionella and asbestos management deliver the earworms to help you scale the charts of compliance!

• Kathryn Gilbertson will be considering the legal side to both asbestos and Legionella and what tunes recent case law is calling;

• Mike Ayling and Steve Mills, collectively versed with over 35 years of experience in asbestos, will provide key pointers on how to avoid some of the more common pitfalls with your asbestos management; and

• Greg Davies will chorus the question, “If the 2002 Legionella outbreak in Barrow occurred today, what would be the outcome?” and he will ask the audience to decide.

Breakfast will be waiting, so rock up and join us for an interactive morning, that will strive to provide a “Thunderclap” or two to support your compliance management and have you “walking on air” when you leave.
