With “World FM day” being celebrated today, who’d have thought 20 years ago - when a good day was one where the phone didn’t ring to often (it was usually a complaint) and FM tried deliberately to be invisible (almost everything being done out of hours) – that we would ever have such an event?
Well with society, consumers and our workforces socially, environmentally and morally, as well as financial, now more aware and expecting, FM is in the spotlight because again so much in the delivery of these “new” values depend on FM as the enabler.
So let’s just not enjoy the day, but seize the opportunity it offers.
