Customer Satisfaction Survey 2016

Customer satisfaction, forever the primary driving force behind Assurity Consulting, is something we measure each and every year through a survey in order to quantify the service we deliver. This year’s results were yet again of a very high calibre, with 96% of our customers marking our service as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ and 94% saying they would recommend our service.

The survey also invites customers to comment and we received some wonderfully positive testimonials. For example, Jim Gibson from Penguin Random House wrote: “I can highly recommend the proactive and highly responsive nature of Assurity Consulting's work and would have no hesitation in recommending their professional services to others.”
