Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017
For the customers that responded to our 2017 customer satisfaction survey, 100% rated our service as either ‘excellent’ or ‘good’, exceeding our 2016 results and indicating fantastic service provision and continuity.
Customer satisfaction, forever the primary driving force behind Assurity Consulting, is something we measure each and every year through a survey in order to quantify the service we deliver.
This year’s results were yet again of a very high calibre; with 100% of the customers that responded to our survey marking our service as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ and 99% saying they would recommend our service to others!
The survey also invites customers to comment and we received some wonderfully positive testimonials, such as, Tony Leighton, Facilities Manager, Knight Frank commented, “Assurity Consulting deliver an extremely thorough service whilst offering valuable savings in flexibility of grouping buildings together, when on the same Estate. Finding savings without compromising safety standards is like gold dust”.
