We have a number of different roles in our company ranging from Consultants who work with our customers on a daily basis to Microbiologists who work in our laboratory at our head office in Horsham. We have a team of people for business service roles, such as Marketing, Finance and Customer Support which are crucial to the success of our business.

We are an SME who currently employ eighty people, so everybody knows each other and that creates a friendly office atmosphere. We give our all to the business but we do have a flexible approach to work and understand that a work life balance is important to our employees. We also like to celebrate success together, whether it is a tender win or if an employee gets married – a large cake and champagne, or a celebratory feast often appears! We enjoy pushing the boat out for any occasion possible, from Halloween to Easter, and even sporting events like the Olympics, where we held our own mini tournament at the office.

Everyone in the business gets a paid day to give back to our community by supporting a local school, college or charity by fund raising, giving their time and/or expertise too. Throughout the year we participate in local sports events which builds our team work whilst having fun - previous events include Volleyball, Badminton, Stoolball, Lawn bowls and Football!

We have two different sides to the company which we recruit for; Business Services and Consultancy Services.

Business Services

The Business Services team provide all the necessary support to the Consultancy Services team and our customers. The team fulfils many functions including IT, Finance and HR, Marketing, Customer Administration and Support, Fleet and Premises Management and our very own Laboratory team. These functions are essential for the smooth running of the business to promote our services, protect our employees and customers, and to make sure we get accurate, professional reports to our customers as quickly as possible.

Consultancy Services

The Consultancy Services team are our customer facing service providers, who travel around the UK and further afield, building strong relationships with our customers. They provide industry leading, independent advice and sell our services to new and existing customers. We have a strong emphasis in our company for personal development and aim to give opportunities for training in multiple disciplines so that our Consultants can provide the best possible advice to our customers on a variety of workplace compliance topics.
