‘Tis the season to be jolly!

As 2011 draws to a close, it has been quite a year for health, safety and environmental issues, including, a broad review of health and safety through Löfstedt, consultations on greenhouse gas (GHG) and non-financial risk reporting, the Red Tape Challenge and the first CRC performance league table.

For those who manage buildings it has put them in the organisational spotlight and 2012 should see this trend continue. Energy, water and health and safety will remain challenges well beyond the 31st December 2011.

In wanting us all to finish the year and start the next ready to go, here are some thoughts for a safe, happy and efficient Christmas!
